Specialist, Client Services
The Client Services, Specialist provides advice and services to retirement clients. Working independently under limited supervision, this job is responsible for reviewing reports and analysis related to the investment and management of capital on behalf of clients and/or the organization itself. This includes related positions found within advisory firms, hedge funds, private equity firms, banks, insurance companies, real estate firms, and asset consultants.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluates fund performance data and resolves administrative problems.
Researches analytics data and follows up with other functional departments to answer ad-hoc retirement client queries on a wide variety of investment, operational, compliance and regulatory topics.
Oversees the implementation of support strategies to best serve existing clients.
Audits weekly, monthly and quarterly valuation reports delivered to clients.
Authorizes that all individual trades and accounts have been reviewed and verified.
Works closely on escalated cases to maintain solid relationships with retirement clients.
Coaches and mentors the work of lower level retirement professionals.
Educational Requirements

Job Description: The Senior Trust Operations Analyst contributes to the implementation and maintenance of operational controls for trust activities. Under minimal supervision, this job utilizes knowledge and understanding of trust laws and regulations with a focus on transactional reviews, account and asset reconciliations, record keeping and tax and portfolio accounting functions.
