What you´ll do
Manage and govern 3PL warehouse operations to ensure adherence to service levels, company policies, operational standards, and contractual commitments.
Drive warehouse performance through KPI management, including inventory accuracy, cost control, quality compliance, safety performance, and service excellence.
Lead 3PL partner governance and contract management by conducting regular performance reviews, managing SLAs, pricing agreements, and contract lifecycle activities.
Oversee warehouse financials and cost optimization through invoice validation, budget monitoring, spend analysis, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure effective utilization of warehouse systems and technologies, including SAP, WMS, EDI, and automation tools, to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity enhancement, process standardization, operational excellence, and supply chain optimization.
Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management by maintaining SHEQ standards, supporting audits,



conducting risk assessments, and implementing RCA/CAPA actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leverage data analytics to support strategic decision-making, warehouse network optimization, space utilization, and successful onboarding of new warehouse facilities.
What makes you a good fit
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, warehouse footprint optimization, and supply chain processes.
Experience managing 3PL providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and driving service excellence.
Solid knowledge of SAP (WM/EWM), WMS, EDI, warehouse automation technologies, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
Ability to analyze operational performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence.
Knowledge of SHEQ standards, audit management, regulatory compliance, RCA/CAPA methodologies, and risk mitiga
