About this role
This role is operations heavy role with analytics as an added responsibility. You need to be comfortable executing campaigns relentlessly and working with data.
You’ll be majorly working on Category Growth projects and Product Operations along with delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

On the Job
Own and execute product operation processes, work with product, growth and partnership teams to make campaigns and features live, execute product marketing campaigns, modify and troubleshoot campaigns as and when required
Use analytics tools, conduct user research to understand patterns, behaviour and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance
Understand operational gaps in various product-related processes. Suggest continual improvements
Requirements
Fresh graduates or those in their final year will be preferred.
Knowledge of SQL or the ability to think data first is an added bonus. You will be upskilled on the tools we use at Fam if needed.
