This role provides advanced technical support for enterprise desktop environments, acting as a key escalation point for complex IT issues.
You will troubleshoot challenging Windows, productivity application, hardware, and user-profile problems while focusing on permanent solutions.
The position combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with opportunities to develop expertise in modern endpoint and virtual desktop technologies.
You will gain practical exposure to Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop while supporting a distributed enterprise technology environment.
Strong customer service and communication will be essential as you translate technical issues into explicit solutions for users and support teams.

Accountabilities:
Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for Support teams, taking ownership of complex and non-routine desktop, operating system, and productivity application issues.
Diagnose advanced technical problems methodically, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions rather than temporary fixes.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 environments, enterprise applications, peripherals, user profiles, hardware conflicts, system crashes, software incompatibilities, and registry or policy-related issues.
Support the administration and ongoing improvement of up-to-date endpoint environments, including Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Assist with device management, software distribution, standard desktop configurations, and related endpoint operations.
