Training Delivery & Facilitation:
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for nursing staff, technicians, and clinical teams on dialysis processes, patient care, and emergency protocols, EHS and OHS policies.
Ensure the implementation of standardized clinical practices across all clinics.
Conduct structured training programs for nurses, technicians, and other point-of-care (POC) staff to meet clinical and organizational KPIs.
Provide hands-on guidance to clinical staff to improve patient outcomes and reduce adverse events.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure all clinical staff are trained and certified in accordance with NABH, ISO, and other regulatory guidelines.
Conduct periodic skill assessments and refresher training to maintain compliance through regular clinics visit.
Identify and ensure to close any safety related NCs on time by coordinating with concern department/persons.
Be vigilant and confirm that all patients got their recommended vaccinations and undergo lab investigations on time, especially the serology and other mandatory investigations.




Clinical Outcomes Improvement & QIP:
Collaborate with clinical managers to identify gaps in patient care and implement targeted training interventions.
Monitor and analyse clinical outcomes such as Kt/V levels, hospitalization rates, and infection rates to ensure continuous improvement.
Take up Quality Improvement Projects and accomplish at least 2 major impactful projects in a year.
Discuss clinics performance in terms of clinical outcomes, KPIs, incidents, pt. vaccination, lab tests etc., with consultants/ Nephrologists during clinic visits and take their support in achieving targeted KPIs, improve patient clinical outcomes.
Quality Assurance Support:
Do Audits as per Quality audit calendar by visiting centers, through which you can identify the areas of improvement in center and you can provide necessary support and trainings to staff of respective centers accordingly.
