Product Manager E3 Group

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Location: New Delhi / NCR (Okhla)

Reporting To: Business Head / Director

Role Summary

Responsible for managing the product portfolio, identifying market opportunities, launching current products, and driving revenue and profitability across E3 Groups businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Develop product strategy and manage the complete product lifecycle.
Conduct market, customer and competitor research.
Identify and launch current products based on market requirements.
Manage product pricing, positioning and profitability.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D;, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Develop product presentations, catalogues and sales-training material.
Track product-wise sales, margins,



market share and SKU performance.
Gather feedback from dealers, distributors, architects, designers and key customers.
Identify prospects for portfolio expansion and product improvement.

Requirements
Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM (Marketing) Mandatory
5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Category Management or Business Development.
Experience in building materials, plywood/MDF, laminates, edgebands, furniture, interiors or architectural products preferred.
Strong analytical, commercial, communication and project-management skills.
