Department: Lending Services Financialspreading (Corporate & Investment Banking)

Location: In-office, Gurugram, India (5 days per week)

Shift Hours: India Daytime (9-hour shift between 8amIST to 10PM IST)

Job Summary

Evalueserve is seeking highly motivatedprofessionals with robust analytical, technical, and organizational skills tocontribute to critical lending and credit functions, supporting the completelending lifecycle for global Banking and Financial Services clients.

Key Responsibilities

Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel basedmodel or lending platform along with key credit metrics calculation

PerformingPD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & QualitativeParameters)

Calculatingcovenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale forcovenant Met/Breach results

Collateraland Pledge details assessment for borrowers in line with the banks policy andLGD input

Annual/Quarterlyor Half yearly reviews small or medium connections

o BusinessOverview

o FinancialAnalysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)

o Covenantperformance

o PD/LGDanalysis





o Verifying/Calculatingcompliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover,leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guidelines

Required Qualifications

Solid accounting and financial skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role isPreferable

Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Creditlens, nCino, Lexis/Nexis, Experian would be preferable.

Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively ontime

Valuable MS Office skills

Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility arecompleted in a timely manner

Ability to practiceattentive and active listening skills

Ability to identify pro-active ways to contribute to firms goals &mission;

Masters degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from areputed institute with 0 to 1 years experience in similar profile
