KAM / Business Development Manager & Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals with experience in IT Hardware, Technology Solutions, Corporate Sales, Channel Sales or System Integration.

Positions: Key Account Manager (KAM) / Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Locations: Hyderabad | Raipur | Bhubaneswar | Guwahati | Bengaluru | Mumbai | Delhi

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling and account acquisition.
Develop and manage corporate, institutional and key accounts.
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build solid relationships with clients, decision-makers, dealers, distributors and channel partners.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Promote IT products and solutions including Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Networking, Storage, Backup, Security and System Integration Solutions.
Develop regional sales strategies and expand the channel network.




Lead, mentor and monitor sales team performance.
Track sales, collections, receivables and regional business performance.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with Finance, Service, Logistics and Product teams for smooth operations.

Preferred Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant sales experience.
KAM/BDM: Experience in IT Sales, Corporate/B2B Sales or Technology Solutions.
RSM: 815 years of experience in Regional Sales, Channel Sales or Corporate Sales.
Experience in IT/Technology Products, Networking, Servers, Security or System Integration preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, relationship management and team leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Existing corporate/client relationships will be an added advantage.
P&L; / business vertical handling experience is an added advantage for RSM.
