Job Summary

We are seeking an cutting-edge and results-driven AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms to build scalable and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for business applications.
Build and deploy AI/ML solutions in production settings.
Develop predictive, classification, recommendation, and generative AI models.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data preparation and feature engineering.
Implement NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI use cases.
Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and AI agents.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
Establish MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Ensure compliance with Responsible AI and data privacy standards.

Solid proficiency in Python.




Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks:
TensorFlow
PyTorch
Scikit-learn
Keras
Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and RAG.
Familiarity with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
Experience with APIs and model integration.
Hands-on experience with SQL and data processing tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
3 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML development (adjust as needed).
Experience delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions in production.
Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
Experience with enterprise AI solutions and chatbot development.
Understanding of Responsible AI, Explainable AI (XAI), and AI Governance.
