We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented qualified to conduct on-ground surveys across commercial markets in Bangalore and identify properties available for lease or rent.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field surveys to identify available commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, showrooms, warehouses, and other commercial establishments.
Collect and verify property details such as location, area, rent, availability, furnishing, parking, and owner/broker contact information.
Build relationships with property owners, landlords, brokers, and property managers to gather updated inventory information.
Map commercial markets and track vacancies, upcoming properties, and leasing activity.




Update property details accurately in the CRM/database and submit regular field reports.
Follow up with property owners and brokers to ensure inventory information remains updated.

Requirements:
Comfortable with extensive field travel across Bangalore.
Positive communication and relationship-building skills.
Robust data collection, verification, and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or data management tools.
Experience in real estate, field sales, market research, or property surveying is preferred.
