Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Tax Supervisor with expertise in Form 1040 to lead and manage a team of tax specialists. The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation and review of individual tax returns while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional client service.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in individual tax preparation and supervision.
Proven experience managing and mentoring teams in a tax workplace.
Solid expertise in Form 1040 and related regulations.
Advanced proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., UltraTax, Lacerte, etc.).
CPA or EA certification (preferred).
