Goals

To Follow up with the entire project on end to end basis till the customer satisfaction

Responsibilities
Interacting with Design departments for erection drawings.
Coordinating with clients, consultants and other contractors services
Manpower assessment and the training the subordinates.
Checking Material schedule for material procurement
Execution of Structural works at Site
Ensuring the works are carried out as per the project requirement, Specifications and contracts.
Inspecting structural and finishing works & conducting meeting with Site
To ensure Safety at works
Quality controlling and quality assurance, monitoring & the cost control
Controlling quality, progress, cost and Safety of works.
Pushing contractors, subcontractors and consultants for timely completion of works.
Prepare project MIS reports weekly/ monthly basis & present PPT to the BOD
