Looking for a Presales Solution Architect for our North America Business unit.

This role focus into North American market - Looking for candidates with prior US market exposure.

Shift Timings - 2pm IST to 10pm IST

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating them into comprehensive technical solutions.
Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
Work closely with the sales team to support the pre-sales process, including proposal creation, solution presentations, and demonstrations.
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to gather technical insights and ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and market trends to contribute to product enhancement and development.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and helping them understand how our solutions can address their specific needs.

QUALIFICATION:




Minimum 10 years of IT industry experience, with a robust background as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role in Retail domain/Lifesciences domain
Deep understanding of Retail Application ecosystem and data sets/Lifesciences Application ecosystem and data sets
Proven track record in technical pre-sales, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Deep expertise in solution architecture, including designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for complex business challenges.
Solid understanding of multiple technology domains, including but not limited to cloud computing, data & analytics, integrations, and application development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design creative solutions.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; Master's degree preferred.

Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent, are a plus
