Designation: Senior Manager - International Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and building business Internationally (mainly Emerging markets SEA, Africa, LATAM)

Identifying new products & current leads by assessing the market.

Achieving the top-line targets at the international level. Managing distributors locally in the assigned countries.

Understanding respective legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for export, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development in International Market.

Designate strategies and business models for different countries & Channel Partners. Identify the right business partner (Globally)



for the right products & relevant registration process.

Negotiate & Execute Commercials, Agreement with the Distributor/ Supplier. Prepare Sales budget &determine; country wise Forecasts.

Candidate is expected to create their own customer base without relying on the existing company database.

Qualifications:
Should be B. Pharm or MBA in marketing.

Min 3 years experience required in FDF business development along with concept selling or new cutting-edge products selling experience.

Should have experience in prepared sales forecast and should be able to present the same.

Should have hands on experience in concluding Agreements, NDA with the clients for the emerging markets.

Positive English Communication- Verbal & Written.
