About the Role

We are looking for a agile and experienced individual for Debit Card product strategy, lifecycle management, and technology transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving product innovation, enhancing customer value propositions, managing card platform capabilities, and delivering digital-first payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management
Own end-to-end Debit Card product lifecycle including issuance, renewals, replacements.
Lead new Debit Card launches across customer segments and propositions.
Design and implement customer value propositions (CVP), benefits, and feature enhancements.
Conduct market benchmarking, competitive analysis, and product mapping.
Manage insurance advantages, partnerships, and commercial negotiations.
Develop product training and knowledge management programs for internal stakeholders.
Technology & Digital Initiatives
Lead digital-first card initiatives including Virtual Cards, Tap-to-Pay, Tokenization, and emerging payment solutions.
Drive UI/UX enhancements to improve customer journeys and digital adoption.
Manage card platform enhancements across DCMS, Switch, and related payment systems.
Lead technology migrations, product setup,



configuration management, and matrix governance.
Oversee integrations with Core Banking Systems (CBS), Mobile Banking, Net Banking, Fraud Risk Management (FRM), and external ecosystem partners.
Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Drive customer experience improvements through process optimization and automation.

Desired Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of Debit Cards, Payment Networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Tokenization, and Digital Payments.
Experience working with Card Management Systems (CMS/DCMS), Switches, and Banking Technology platforms.
Knowledge of card issuance, transaction processing, dispute management, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in product development, and vendor negotiations.
Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional skills.
Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities

What We Are Looking For
Education
MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution.

Experience
Certifications in Payments, Cards, Product Management, or Digital Banking are an added advantage.
