Lead SAP FICO solution design and ensure alignment with enterprise finance architecture.
Own configuration of FI, CO, REFX, PS, and IM modules.
Review and approve functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
Guide junior consultants and ensure adherence to best practices and governance.
Perform rootcause analysis for complex financial discrepancies and integration issues.
Lead monthend and yearend closing support and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements, internal controls, and financial policies.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (MM/SD/PP/HR/REFX/PS/IM) for integrated solution delivery.
Drive continuous improvement, performance tuning, and process optimization.
