Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to expand our client footprint . You will focus on pitching and securing fabric supply deals with seat manufacturers, OEM suppliers, and coach builders servicing Indian Railways, metro line contractors, and public/private bus fleets. Export marketing and experience in Gem portal eMarket, government procurement and RDSO (Railway's Research Designs and Standards Organisation) will be added advantage.
Field Target Mapping: Map out and visit seat manufacturing plants, coach builders, and transit suppliers across assigned regional zones.
Sample & Pitch Execution: Carry specialized sample kits directly to procurement heads, design engineers, and R&D; teams to initiate lab testing.
Technical Follow-up: Guide clients through product compliance approvals (FMV, AIS-023, EN 45545-2 flame retardancy, and Martindale abrasion standards).
Deal Closure & Relationship Management: Drive negotiations from initial trial orders to recurring bulk purchase orders (POs),



ensuring timely payment collections.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 5 to 7 years of B2B field sales experience in furnishing fabrics, Industrial Fabrics, Automotive Interiors, or Heavy Commercial Vehicle Components.
Network: Existing relationships with procurement teams at seat manufacturers or commercial vehicle coach builders is a major advantage.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Tier-1 and Tier-2 manufacturing cities.
Skills: Solid negotiation, consultative selling, and client relationship management skills. Knowledge of CRM will be preferred.
