Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong experience in mainframe programming languages such as COBOL, JCL, and Assembler.




Familiarity with mainframe operating systems (e.g., z/OS).
Knowledge of mainframe database management systems (e.g., DB2).
Understanding of mainframe tools and utilities (e.g., ISPF, TSO, SDSF).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with mainframe modernization projects.
