Job Role: Accounts &
Taxation Executive
Handle day-to-day accounting, taxation, banking, and financial reporting activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, journal entries, and financial transactions.
Perform bank reconciliation and manage banking transactions.
Handle GST returns, TDS payments, and return filing.
Maintain Balance Sheet (BS) and Profit &
Loss (P&L;) accounts.
Coordinate with management and auditors for day-to-day accounting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations
Record Sales, Purchase, and Journal Entries accurately.
Maintain proper books of accounts and supporting documents.
Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet (BS) and Profit &
Loss (P&L;) statements.
Perform regular Bank Reconciliation.

Banking Operations
Handle Cheque Deposits.
Process RTGS and NEFT transactions.
Maintain proper records of banking transactions.
Coordinate with banks whenever required.

GST Compliance
Handle GST return-related activities.
Manage GSTR-1 filing.
Manage GSTR-3B filing.




Ensure GST returns are prepared and filed within applicable statutory timelines.

TDS Compliance
Handle TDS Payment activities.
Prepare and file TDS Returns.
Maintain proper TDS records and supporting documentation.
Ensure timely compliance with applicable TDS requirements.

Management &
Audit Coordination
Coordinate with management for day-to-day accounting activities.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial records and documents.
Assist with audit-related queries and documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned accounting and compliance tasks.
