Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day store operations and sales.
Drive sales targets, conversion, average bill value and customer satisfaction.
Manage, motivate and train the store team to achieve performance goals.
Ensure excellent customer experience and high service standards.
Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, housekeeping and store discipline.
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with HO/management on sales, stock, staffing and operational requirements.
Maintain daily reports, team performance and store KPIs.

Preferred Candidate Profile
48 years of experience in retail, preferably premium fashion/ethnic wear.
Solid leadership, sales and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented, organised and proactive.
Valuable understanding of retail operations, inventory and MIS.
Presentable personality with a robust sense of fashion and customer service.
