We are looking for an ambitious Sponsorship Sales Manager to build partnerships for a portfolio of global forums, leadership programmes and industry platforms focused on architecture, real estate, infrastructure and cities.

The role is primarily focused on identifying and closing sponsorship partnerships with leading organisations across the AEC ecosystem.

What Youll Do
Identify and approach potential sponsors across real estate, architecture, building materials, engineering, infrastructure, technology and urban solutions
Build relationships with senior marketing, business development and leadership teams
Pitch sponsorship and partnership prospects for our forums, international programmes and industry initiatives
Develop customised sponsorship proposals based on partner objectives
Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation and closure
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of AEC brands and partners
Work closely with the leadership and programme teams to create long-term strategic partnerships





Who We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, media sales, events, conferences or partnerships
Existing relationships within the AEC, real estate, infrastructure or building-materials ecosystem are a major advantage
Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable reaching out to and meeting senior decision-makers
Target-driven, entrepreneurial and capable of independently building a sales pipeline
Based in Mumbai
