Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement both short-term and long-term Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to assess and optimize marketing performance.
- Generate actionable insights from MMM analyses to inform strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align models with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques to interpret the impact of various marketing activities.
- Apply optimization methods to support media mix and budget allocation strategies.
- Communicate complex modeling results in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.





Required Experience & Skills:

- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling with a strong track record of delivering business impact.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, statistical modeling, and visualization.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques and diagnostics.
- Experience with media planning, campaign analytics, and business KPIs.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts as applied to marketing analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
