Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Inbound Sales who will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, understanding client requirements, nurturing prospects, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry and requirement discussion to proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads received through website, social media, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Respond to new enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand client requirements, event objectives, budget, timelines, and expectations.
- Qualify leads based on business potential, requirement, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand requirements in detail.
- Prepare and share customized proposals, quotations, presentations, and pitches.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the creative,



production, operations, and finance teams to develop suitable proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals within approved commercial guidelines.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM/Excel.
- Track the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
- Build solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth handover after deal closure.
- Maintain regular communication with clients until event/project execution.
- Generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide pipeline updates to management.
- Monitor lost leads and identify reasons for non-conversion to improve future sales performance.
