Key Area Of Work

Identify high-potential real estate opportunities for acquisition, leasing, or development across target markets, Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with growth objectives (e.g., retail expansion, logistics facilities, residential investment)
Evaluate deal terms, site conditions, zoning, and entitlement risks before acquisition, Oversee market research, demographic analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making
Coordinate closely with internal teams (legal, construction, finance, operations) to advance opportunities from sourcing through execution
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance metrics for sourcing activities
Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and support transaction execution as needed, Identify CP and promote products to them, Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs, Take update from CPs on products and offerings
Should have own Channel Partner Network, Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and risk management policies
