Job Title: Hospice - PRN - Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice - CNA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospice care and be able to provide exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medications as prescribed by the physician




Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Assist with end-of-life care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Experience working in hospice care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
