Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, grow our brand awareness, and drive engagement across all social channels. You will be responsible for showcasing luxury listings, creating video tours, managing community engagement, and executing targeted ad campaigns to generate qualified seller and buyer leads.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Production: Concept, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) highlighting property tours, market updates, and neighborhood guides.
Strategy & Management: Plan, schedule, and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Paid Campaigns: Manage meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)



targeting specific demographics and geographic areas to generate real estate leads.
Community Engagement: Respond promptly to direct messages and comments to nurture potential client leads and maintain high brand presence.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI on ad spend) and optimize content strategy based on data insights.

Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing social media for real estate, luxury consumer goods, or lifestyle brands.
Strong portfolio of short-form video creation and video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools).
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and targeted local marketing.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Familiarity with real estate market terminology and property presentation.
