Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidate from Insurance / BroCa / Direct Sales background would be preferred.
Minimum 1 year exp. of Motor Insurance and Drive Motor insurance sales through the agency channel
Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents.
Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Partners/Agents.
Conduct continuous agent training program.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with agents and clients.
Skills Required:
Should be familiar with basics of Insurance. Should have robust convincing power.
Industry Experience (Motor) will be preferred.
Positive attitude & proactive/ sales driven.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Should be confident, self-motivated and Interactive.
Age: Max 30 years
