Dream11 is seeking a highly analytical Principal/Sr. Principal Economist to join our team. If you hold a PhD in economics or a related quantitative field and have over 4 years of post-PhD experience applying advanced micro econometrics to real-world problems, you'll be instrumental in shaping our pricing strategies and optimizing our in-game economy.

Your Role
Develop pricing strategies that integrate price elasticity and long-term user retention.
Design and conduct causal studies using observational and experimental data to drive key business decisions.
Own and manage the in-game economy to effectively balance liquidity.
Inform key decisions for fantasy sports experiences to drive retention.

Qualifiers
PhD in economics, statistics, finance, quantitative marketing, or related fields.
4+ years of post-PhD experience in applied economics with exposure to applied microeconometrics, empirical IO, and labor economics.
Proven experience in applying economic principles to real-world problems.
Experience in programming languages, such as Python, R, & Julia.
