About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage and oversee financial transactions, compliance, and reporting for our growing e-commerce brand. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and e-commerce marketplace reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record all day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, returns, expenses, payments, etc.)
Maintain ledgers, invoices, and supporting documentation.
Marketplace & Payment Reconciliation
Reconcile sales, returns, commissions, and charges from platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Track payment settlements from payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, etc.).
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Analyze expenses, sales margins, and profitability.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making.




Vendor & Inventory Management
Track vendor payments, credit notes, and settlements.
Assist in inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
Audit & Process Improvement
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents.
Suggest improvements for financial processes and controls.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in accounting, preferably in e-commerce/retail/startups.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general taxation.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis & reporting.
Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
