Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Admission Counselor to guide students and working professionals regarding Online/Distance Learning programs and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and prospective learners about available programs.
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.




Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and admission processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates to students.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
