Dream11 is seeking a strategic Senior Manager - Product to lead our Creator Economy initiatives. If you have a solid background in product management, particularly within the creator economy at a high-growth B2C company, you'll be instrumental in defining and delivering products that empower our fantasy creators and align with business goals.

Your Role
Identify and prioritize problems within the fantasy creator ecosystem, balancing trade-offs to align features with business goals.
Set and track the right metrics for the product and use this information to make data-driven decisions.
Continuously iterate and improve products based on customer feedback and market trends.
Own the entire product development lifecycle from end to end.
Align the working team and other stakeholders on the user problem and the product vision.

Qualifiers
5+ years of experience in Product Management.
At least 2+ years of experience in the creator economy domain at a high-growth B2C company.

Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Solid data skills.
