Tasks and responsibilities:
Provide application training on DKM Products to our customer base;
Provide technical support to local customers over DKM hardware, software, and application question.
Provide feedback on the market, recent potential applications, DKM products and competitive landscape to sales managers, product managers and technical experts so improvements on our products reflect our client s needs.
In collaboration with the local Sales team:
Elaborate the local business development strategy.
Ensure deployment of DKM solutions through technical, commercial and marketing actions (demos, benchmarks, exhibitions, etc.);
Contribute and support new sales leads and generation of new business opportunities.
When required, take technical leadership on business opportunities from the pre to post sales phases.




Actively contribute to the evaluation of customer requirements; from the technical qualification of the project and initial tests to the technical proposal submission.
In coordination with the sales team, present the final technical proposal to customers and contribute to the closing.

Requirements
Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication or relevant experience;
3 to 4 years of Experience in Industrial Automation Solutions
Available to travel nationally on a regular basis
Fluent in English; Required profile:
Ability to operate effectively both independently and within a team environment
Interest in sales and customer service
Quick and effective learner
Flexible and rapid to adapt
Well organized
