Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Manage and develop distributor/dealer networks across Odisha.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Ensure effective implementation of company schemes and promotional activities.
Track inventory, sales performance, and market-wise business growth.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Conduct regular market visits and provide actionable market feedback.
Ensure timely collection and control outstanding payments.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide business updates to management.
