Job Role: Accounts &
Administration Executive
Handle basic accounting and administration activities.
Work under the supervision and guidance of the Chartered Accountant (CA).
Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist with taxation and statutory compliance-related activities.
Handle TDS, GST, and PT-related work.
Prepare and maintain financial data and reports using MS Excel.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Stay updated with current accounting, taxation, and IT-related tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting &
Administration:
Perform basic accounting entries and maintain financial records.
Assist the CA with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.
Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.
Assist with reconciliation and other accounting-related tasks.
Complete assigned work accurately under the supervision of the CA.

Taxation &
Compliance




Assist with TDS-related activities.
Assist with GST compliance and documentation.
Handle PT (Qualified Tax)-related activities.
Maintain required tax records and supporting documents.
Support the CA in completing statutory compliance requirements.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of basic accounting.
Working knowledge of TDS, GST, and PT.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Good computer and IT skills.
Willingness to learn current accounting and IT tools.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under the supervision of a CA.
