We are looking for an Accounts &
Finance professional responsible for managing core accounting operations, including finalization of books, AP/AR, GL scrutiny, reconciliations, fixed asset management, audits, taxation, and financial reporting. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, analytical ability, and hands-on experience with ERP and MS Excel.

Experience in a manufacturing setting will be an added advantage.
Accounting &
Book Finalization:

Manage accounting transactions and ensure timely and accurate finalization of books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Accounts Payable &
Receivable:

Oversee vendor payments, customer collections, invoice processing, reconciliations, ageing analysis, and resolution of outstanding items.
General Ledger Scrutiny: Review and scrutinize GL accounts, identify discrepancies, ensure appropriate accounting entries, and conduct regular ledger reconciliations.
Fixed Asset Management: Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, including capitalization, depreciation, additions, disposals, transfers,



and periodic reconciliation with books of accounts.
Bank &
Balance Sheet Reconciliation:

Conduct regular bank, vendor, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
MIS &
Reporting:

Prepare accounting reports, schedules, and MIS required for management review and decision-making.
Process &
Controls:

Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, statutory requirements, and financial procedures.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple accounting activities

Qualification &
Experience
Qualification: B.Com
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing organization
