Job Summary:

We are looking for candidates to work in US Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The role involves processing medical claims, insurance verification, payment posting, and accounts receivable activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and follow up on US healthcare claims.
Perform insurance eligibility and perks verification.
Handle claim rejections, denials, and appeals.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and claim follow-ups.
Understand EOB/ERA and assist with payment posting.
Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines.
Ensure quality and productivity targets are met.

Requirements:
Positive communication and basic computer skills.
Basic knowledge of US healthcare/medical billing is an advantage.
Valuable attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
