Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and run orientation sessions for recent hires.
Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure rules match local labor acts, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) filings.
Payroll Support: Track attendance, manage leave records, and verify salary inputs.
Employee Relations: Answer staff queries, resolve complaints, and support engagement activities.
Records & Audits: Maintain digital and physical personnel files and prepare reports for company audits. [1, 2, 5]
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
