Assistant Manager – Development & Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Development & Marketing to support fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, communications, and development initiatives. The role involves managing donor communications, creating content, coordinating events and volunteers, and supporting fundraising operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage social media content and communication
Create compelling content for campaigns, newsletters, reports, and other communications
Prepare donor proposals, reports, presentations, and other fundraising documents
Support donor relationship management and fundraising activities
Coordinate volunteers and support volunteer engagement initiatives
Compile newsletters, annual reports, and organizational communications
Plan and coordinate events, campaigns, and fundraising activities
Support special projects and development initiatives
Maintain accurate administrative and fundraising records
Prepare regular reports and updates for management

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Development, Business Administration, or a related field
5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, or development




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Experience with Mailchimp and donor management software
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Strong presentation and content creation skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
