Job Role
Recruitment of Life Advisor/Agents
Training, nurturing & joint field activities with advisors.
Generating customer leads through self & advisors natural market as well as open market activities
Selling Life Insurance Products
Building long term relation with customers & advisors to ensure sustainability of business
Ensure monthly target achievement

Eligibility
Minimum Graduate
Positive learning ability. Ready to learn, adapt & implement
Valuable in reasoning. Able to calculate, analyse & understand data points
Should have rigour & drive for result
Believe in customer service
Able to communicate & influence people

This is field sales role with lucrative incentives over & above CTC. Growth path/promotion is well defined based on targets.
