We are looking for a Project Architect responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of interior/architectural works. The role will involve managing site activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, obtaining necessary approvals, monitoring quality, and ensuring timely measurement and billing.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Site Coordination
Coordinate between client, consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams.
Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress against the agreed schedule and highlight delays/hindrances.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings.
Resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Pay: ₹11,909.33 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
