Oversee structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), acoustical, and technical integration with engineering consultants.
Ensure full compliance with local building codes, ADA accessibility guidelines, life-safety standards, and environmental certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL).
Client

Relationship &
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary technical and design lead in client presentations, design reviews, and steering committee meetings.
Translate client business goals,



workplace strategies, and brand values into functional architectural design.
Manage client expectations regarding budget, scope changes, and project timelines.
Construction

Administration &

Lead site visits, review contractor RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and shop drawings.
Conduct site inspections, manage punch lists, and ensure construction aligns with design intent and quality standards.
Value-engineer designs when necessary to keep projects within budget without compromising core aesthetics.
Team Mentorship &
Financial Operations
Mentor and manage junior architects, interior designers, and drafting specialists.
Assist project managers with fee proposal preparation, staffing allocation, and work-breakdown structures.
Drive internal design reviews, quality control protocols, and studio design standards.
