Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), control plans, and 8D reports for defect prevention.
Develop current products by defining product requirements, creating specifications, and designing prototypes.
Conduct APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Assist in development and launch of current products as per customer requirements and APQP guidelines
Interact with suppliers for raw materials, bought-out components, and tooling development
Exposure to machining processes (turning, milling, VMC operations)
