We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Assistant Manager / Manager Sales to join our growing real estate team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of residential/commercial real estate projects, managing prospective customers, converting leads into bookings, and achieving assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for assigned real estate projects and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate and manage leads through various channels including digital leads, referrals, channel partners, and walk-ins.
Conduct project presentations, property/site visits, and sales negotiations.
Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, CRM, legal, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and property consultants.
Track sales pipelines, lead status, conversions,



and revenue performance.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market/customer insights to management.
Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes, documentation, and customer service standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/ Post graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
5- 10 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, in residential or commercial projects.
Robust understanding of the real estate sales cycle and local property market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Robust customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
