Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers across assigned territories.Build and maintain solid relationships with existing domestic and industrial clients. Manage B2B sales activities and handle key accounts effectively.Identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to develop business opportunities.

Promote and sell bentonite and other industrial mineral products across various industries.Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and finance teams for timely order execution. Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and annual business agreements.Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline reports, and market analysis for management.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks in assigned regions.Explore business opportunities in industries such as Foundry, Drilling, Construction, Ceramics, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Steel, and other industrial sectors.



Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service and after-sales support.Travel extensively within the assigned territory to develop and manage business.

Required Skills: Robust B2B sales and business development experience.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proven ability to generate recent business and achieve sales targets.

Strong understanding of industrial products and customer requirements.Experience in dealer/distributor management and key account handling.Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.Willingness to travel frequently.

QualificationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be preferred.
