Creator/Artist Onboarding Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

We’re looking for a proactive Creator/Artist Onboarding Executive with prior experience in artist/creator onboarding. Candidates who have worked with travel creators or influencers will be preferred.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in artist/creator onboarding
Strong understanding of the creator and influencer ecosystem
Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify and onboard relevant, high-potential creators/talent
Valuable knowledge of brands, categories, and influencer-brand collaborations
Robust ability to build and maintain relationships with creators
Proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven approach
Ability to work independently and meet onboarding targets

Key Responsibilities:




Identify and approach potential artists, influencers, and content creators
Manage the complete creator onboarding process, from initial outreach to onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
Research and identify emerging/high-potential talent across relevant categories
Understand creator profiles and match them with suitable brand collaboration opportunities
Maintain an updated database of creators and their relevant information
Track onboarding progress and achieve monthly targets
Stay updated on creator trends, content formats, and influencer marketing prospects

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
