Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality patient care as an anaesthetist during surgical procedures.
Conduct pre-operative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and monitor patients' vital signs during surgery.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare specialists to ensure smooth execution of surgical operations.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in anesthesiology and implement new techniques to improve patient outcomes.
Develop and implement protocols for patient management and safety.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification in Anaesthesiology.
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and critical care medicine.
Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and make quick decisions.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex cases.
