Responsible for developing and managing e-commerce logistics business from First Mile to Last Mile, including client acquisition, operations coordination, service delivery, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify and acquire current e-commerce/logistics clients.
2.Manage end-to-end First Mile, Mid Mile & Last Mile business.
3.Coordinate with operations teams for smooth delivery execution.
4.Develop client relationships and handle business requirements.
5.Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial discussions.
6.Track business performance, revenue and service quality.
7.Identify recent business prospects and achieve growth targets.
8.Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience:
Graduate
2 to 5 years in E-commerce/Logistics/Business Development preferred.
Salary
20,000 40,000 per month (Based on experience)
