At HIC Global Solutions, this role is focused on outbound business development — identifying potential clients, starting conversations, and building a robust pipeline for the IT Staffing business.

What this role actually involves:
Reaching out to decision-makers through LinkedIn, cold emails & calls
Breaking into current accounts and generating business conversations
Understanding client hiring needs and qualifying prospects
Managing structured follow-ups and pipeline movement
Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
Building long-term prospect relationships, not just quick outreach

What makes someone successful here:
3–6 years of experience in IT Staffing / Business Development




Strong prospecting and outbound communication skills
Confidence in speaking with clients and stakeholders
Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Snov, etc.
Ability to stay consistent, proactive, and target-focused
Reality of the role:This is not about sending hundreds of random messages.It’s about building the right conversations that lead to business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
