Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor industrial boilers safely and efficiently.
Handle boiler start-up, shutdown, pressure and temperature monitoring .
Perform routine inspection, preventive and breakdown maintenance .
Monitor steam pressure, water level, fuel consumption and boiler parameters .
Troubleshoot boiler-related mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues .
Conduct regular checks of pumps, valves, burners, gauges and safety devices .
Maintain boiler logbooks, operating records and maintenance reports .
Ensure compliance with boiler safety procedures and statutory requirements .
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth boiler operation.
Certification Requirement Candidates should preferably have a valid Boiler Attendant Certificate or relevant Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification , depending on the role and statutory requirement.
