Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new and existing customer leads.
Understand customer preferences, requirements and purchase intent.
Engage customers in a warm, natural and qualified manner.
Follow up consistently with interested customers and prospects.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into store visits and sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the retail/store teams for customer visits and requirements.
Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience across every interaction.
Achieve defined calling, lead generation, follow-up and conversion targets.
Share customer feedback and insights with the team.

What Were Looking For
Excellent spoken English and Hindi is essential.
